Program Philosophy: Personal Insight Leads to Sustainable Leadership
I believe that childhood shapes leaders, and leaders shape culture — and culture, in turn, shapes business outcomes.
The foundation of great leadership is knowing yourself. Executive Therapy helps leaders explore who they are — their identity, emotional patterns, and relationships — so they can lead and live with greater authenticity, empathy, and impact across their lives.
Leadership starts within. Developing personal insight, emotional intelligence, and cultural humility creates the foundation for healthy leadership. Through this work, leaders deepen self-awareness, clarify personal values and leadership identity, and ultimately lead themselves before leading others. This inner work expands outward as when leaders heal, cultures heal.
My approach blends:
HR expertise (20+ years supporting high-growth founder-led companies & creatives)
Multicultural wisdom (drawing from a large family upbringing and deep respect for diverse perspectives)
Mental health and counseling principles (completed a master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University)
A focus on whole-person growth — the leader as an individual, team builder, and culture carrier.
Therapeutic Goals:
Deepen your self-awareness and emotional intelligence so you can better understand your patterns, triggers, strengths, and internal narratives — and how these shape your experience as a leader at work and in your life.
Strengthen your sense of identity, grounding, and inner stability, helping you navigate stress, ambiguity, imposter syndrome, and the emotional weight of responsibility with greater resilience and regulation.
Explore your personal history, developmental experiences, and relational patterns that influence how you connect, communicate, set boundaries, and make decisions.
Cultivate greater self-compassion, clarity, and confidence, allowing you to lead from intention rather than reactivity or long-standing survival strategies.
Develop your capacity to move through conflict, change, and challenges with emotional steadiness, authenticity, and alignment with your personal values.
Promote whole-person well-being by integrating practices that support your mental, emotional, and physical health so you feel more balanced, centered, and sustained in your role.
Grow in ways that naturally influence your work, relationships, and culture, recognizing that meaningful external change begins with internal transformation.
