You can find me on both coasts — working with clients as an HR consultant, attending grad school classes, reading academic books (and highlighting everything), writing papers at odd hours, logging internship hours as a mental health counselor-in-training, building It’s HR Therapy, writing my first book (You’re Doing It: Stages of Becoming), and exploring the intersections of personal growth, healing, leadership, and well-being in both the boardroom and the therapy room.

When I’m not coaching founders, learning theories and treatment plans, or decoding family dynamics, you’ll find me playing dress-up with my daughter, watching every NBA game and on a quest to visit all 30 NBA stadiums with my son, having deep conversations with dear friends, laughing often, practicing yoga, attempting to meditate (with mixed results), and enjoying rare days off on the beach or by a lake.
