People, Culture, Operations & Wellbeing Approach
People
As a Psychotherapist:
I understand the emotional, developmental, and relational patterns that shape how people show up at work—how they communicate, cope with stress, navigate conflict, and respond to leadership. I help leaders and teams build emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and healthier interpersonal dynamics that reduce reactivity and increase collaboration.
As a Workplace Consultant:
I design systems that help people thrive in their roles, including clear responsibilities, fair performance expectations, equitable compensation structures, and supportive manager practices. I coach leaders and teams through real-world challenges to strengthen trust, accountability, and growth.
Culture
As a Psychotherapist:
I help leaders understand how their own histories, triggers, attachment patterns, and regulation styles ripple out into team culture. When leaders heal and lead with intention, the cultures they create become safer, more connected, and more emotionally healthy.
As a Workplace Consultant:
I partner with companies to build cultures grounded in clarity, fairness, inclusion, and psychological safety. This includes culture audits, values alignment, communication frameworks, team norms, and policies that reinforce healthy behaviors at every level.
Operations
As a Psychotherapist:
I bring a trauma-informed and human-centered perspective to operational decision-making, understanding how uncertainty, workload, change, and role ambiguity affect nervous systems and workplace behavior.
As a Workplace Consultant:
I build the operational structures that support people and culture: org charts, role design, compensation leveling, onboarding and offboarding processes, performance review cycles, policies, employee handbooks, and management frameworks. Strong operations reduce anxiety, prevent burnout, and allow the business and its people to function smoothly.
Well-Being
As a Psychotherapist:
I help leaders and employees understand their emotional experiences, develop regulation strategies, and build internal resilience. I support the psychological side of work—identity, stress, meaning, boundaries, trauma, and belonging.
As a Workplace Consultant:
I advise organizations on strategies that protect and promote well-being across the employee lifecycle—workload management, communication cadence, feedback structures, flexible practices, benefits education, manager training, and early interventions before issues escalate. When well-being is integrated into operations, everyone benefits.
