Sustainable Leadership Through Personal Insight

At It’s HR Therapy, I believe that childhood shapes leaders, and leaders shape culture — and culture, in turn, shapes business outcomes. The foundation of great leadership is knowing yourself. My Executive Coaching program helps leaders explore who they are — their values, identity, and emotional patterns — so they can lead with greater authenticity, empathy, and impact across their teams and organizations.

Leadership starts within. Developing personal insight, emotional intelligence, and cultural humility creates the foundation for inclusive, human-centered leadership. From this base, leaders build the skills to foster trust, collaboration, and resilience across their teams — creating more equitable, compassionate, and high-performing environments. Through this work, leaders deepen self-awareness, clarify personal values and leadership identity, and ultimately lead themselves before leading others. This inner work expands outward, equipping them to foster human-centered leadership and create stronger, healthier teams.

My approach blends:

  • HR expertise (20+ years supporting high-growth founder-led companies & creatives)

  • Multicultural wisdom (drawing from a large family upbringing and deep respect for diverse perspectives)

  • Mental health and counseling principles (currently completing a master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University)

  • A focus on whole-person growth — the leader as an individual, team builder, and culture carrier.
